SPANISH: TRANSLATION, “EXCEL”ERATION AND PRONUNCIATION (S.T.E.P.)™
What? Teaching students the basics of Spanish with fluency and flare. Pronunciation games, conversational Spanish and beginning “English to Spanish” translation.
Why? In order to graduate from high school students will need three years of a foreign language. Get started early with our S.T.E.P. into success class. Get introduced to Spanish in a stress free, exploratory environment.
Who Should Enroll? All students entering 6th, 7th or 8th grade, Fall 2012.
When & Where?
Summer School 2012
Session 1- June 11 to June 28, Monday – Thursday, 9 AM – 1 PM
Mountainside Middle School: 9am-11am OR
Scottsdale Education Center: 11am-1pm
(Combine with Math Olympics OR Language Arts class for remainder of the day)
Session 2- July 9 to July 26, Monday – Thursday, 9 AM – 1 PM
Scottsdale Education Center: 9am-11am
(Combine with Science OR Language Arts class for remainder of the day)
